Cisco Global Problem Solver Challenge 2022 — Finalists Announced and People’s Choice Voting Opens

On Tuesday, July 5, Cisco announced the finalists in the 6th annual Cisco Global Problem Solver Challenge 2022, which aims to recognize new business ideas that leverage technology for social impact from early stage entrepreneurs around the world.

The challenge offers $1,000,000 USD in prize money that will help accelerate the adoption of breakthrough technology, products, and services that drive economic development and/or solve social or environmental problems.

Out of thousands of submissions, 44 teams were selected for the final round. Voting has begun for the People’s Choice Award, which gives the public an opportunity to select their favorite teams.

You may vote for as many finalists as you like, but you can vote only once per finalist entry. Voting will be open through July 29 at 5 pm PT. The finalist entry with the most votes will be awarded the $10,000 USD People’s Choice Award. Winners will be announced on August 23, 2022.
